What a surprise! Have lots of fun and enjoy your birthday. The meat you want to buy is “Lomito” said like “low meat-o” without the southern draw! LOL This meat is very hard to find in Chimaltenango (they will tell you it’s lomito but it’s really not). I will e-mail you my friend’s ph. number where you can order it.
