Visited with Bro. Robbie late yesterday afternoon. He is still pretty sick but says he “may” go home either today or tomorrow. He told me that he definitely plans on being home in time for the Bama vs LSU game tomorrow night!
Darrell & Betty McMann’s son, Brian, is in ICU in a local hospital. I do not know the details but do ask that you pray for him.
Miss Edith Kelley is in a local hospital as she took a fall. Her problem is a UTI and that has caused some confusion on her part. Pray for Miss Edith.
Thank you to each person who attended the visitation and/or funeral service for Joey Schjott yesterday afternoon. Also, thanks to Anna Carol Bosarge and her class for leading the effort to feed the family after the service.
The funeral service for Miss Millie Spiller’s sister, Opal Scull, takes place this afternoon at 2:00PM. It will take place from the chapel of the Mobile Memorial Funeral Home.
I want to remind our deacons of their meeting this Sunday, 11/4, at 4:00PM.
This is time change Sunday which means that we will “fall back” on Saturday night – hooray!
