FOUR PRAYER REQUESTS

The following prayer requests came to me after I had posted today’s entry.  I am asking you to join me in prayer.

First, Bibbi Bosarge’s sister is in ICU and on a ventilator.  Was admitted with what was thought to be a stomach bug.  However, things have gone down hill quickly since then.  Critical prayer request.

Second, Linda Green has been admitted to the hospital due to a low blood count.  Pray for the medical folks to be able to get her count up.

Third, Debbie Kendrick’s surgery date has been confirmed as April 6 at 7:00AM.  She is way past ready to have this surgery done and get back to living a normal life.

Fourth, the airport in Guatemala has closed due to volcanic ash.  Pray for those who are in the path of the lava in the event of an eruption.

TUESDAY, 3/23/21

I posted the obit for Miss Cora Martin.  Keep praying for Clara and the family.  Thank you in advance to the folks who will help feed the family following the celebration of life service.  That meal will take place in our Preschool Building.

One of the things that I have not had to post in the last month or so is a prayer request for anyone from the Friendship family actively battling the virus.  Praise the Lord!  We are grateful.

Keep praying for Miss Catherine Leach.  She remains at home with Lee & Elizabeth.

Keep praying for Sonny Bates and his recovery from surgery.

Pray for Soy, Deidra and all of the folks doing ministry in Guatemala.  Next week is going to be an evangelistic week.  Pray that will be very productive in planting seeds, watering, or harvesting.

Pray for our Easter services.  Pray for Evangelist Michael Mason as he comes to bring the Word to us on that day.  As a matter of fact, why not stop right now and send Bro. Michael an email telling him you are praying for him?  Michael-mason@charter.net.  His mailing address is 606 Birdsprings Road Hartselle, AL 35640 if you would rather mail a card to him.

The rains are supposed to move in this afternoon and be here until early Thursday morning.  I am praying for safety for all those on the road today and tomorrow.  I do love the rain!

Did you notice the freshly planted flowers in front of the auditorium?  Many thanks to Gary & Rachel Walton for a job well done in getting them planted last Saturday.

Regular schedule on our campus tomorrow – morning and evening.

I am an Alabama sports fan thanks to my Uncle Herschel and Aunt Roberta.  I have followed the Alabama basketball team this season but have not watched maybe a whole game total until last night’s game which I watched in its entirety.  Good to see Alabama in the Sweet Sixteen for the first time in like seventeen years.  Can they move on?  Who knows?  They play in the Hinkle Field house and they did not play well there this past Saturday.  We shall see!  I now Jay Oakwood is pulling for the Tide!

I pray that you will have a great Tuesday with Jesus.
