We enjoyed a good day in our services yesterday with another profession of faith and another person joining by transfer of letter.  Yes, God gives the increase and we give Him all of the glory!

Our attendance was up from the previous week even though we still felt the pinch of the Spring break.  However, all in all, members of the Friendship family were faithful over the past two Sundays and I am grateful!

Will get an update on the prayer list folks today.   I can tell you that Rob Nevin’s mother, Barbara, was moved from MICU and then had to go into surgery.  She is now back in MICU but is scheduled to be moved into a regular room today.

I also know that Danny Cole & Julie McGath’s father will be having a heart cath at some point today.

The Friendship family will be receiving a special offering this Sunday, 5/5, for Jerry & Gloria Whitmore and their upcoming mission trip to India to work alongside Pastor Alex.  Pray and then come prepared to give as the Lord leads.

Sad day as the Lakers were swept by the Spurs!  Levi & I may wear black this coming Sunday!  I enjoyed watching the Nuggets versus the Warriors last night.  Stephen Curry put on an offensive show in the third quarter – wow!

If only I had a video camera!  This past Saturday saw Charles (yes Charles) and Lisa do 99% of the mowing (riding) on this hill.  That allowed me to do some other work that included weed eating, push mowing, power washing and working in the garden.  Soy conveniently “had” to paint in Lisa’s office which he has been doing now since 1974!
