THURSDAY, 7/27/17

“As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” I Peter 4:10

Today’s Bible reading – Psalms 43-45; Acts 27:27-44

Charlie Wainwright’s surgery was successful as far as I know.  He was home by noon.

Robert Baria’s family continues to be encouraged by what they are being told by the medical personnel at the hospital.  Prayerfully, Robert will awaken soon.

Stella Brinkman did not get moved to the rehab facility yesterday but should make that move today.

Debra Elliott shared with the church family yesterday that Art has been diagnosed with a malignancy.  Pray for Art & Debra as they walk through this situation.

Bro. Jerry tells me our services were well attended yesterday.  Music to this pastor’s ears!

We have folks flying from Mobile, Pensacola, Huntsville and Chicago today all heading to Guatemala.  Pray for all to go well, flights to be on time, et cetera.  This will be a team of fifty – oh my!

Bobby and the boys won again last night and still have a commanding twelve and one half game lead in their division.  I am nominating Bobby for third base coach of the year!

One month, six days and thirteen hours until Bama kicks off the 2017 season but who is counting?

I pray that you will have a great Thursday with Jesus.
