DAY 4 CONTINUED: SUNDAY
The TEAM worshiped Sunday with a local church named “Una Vida Con Promesa” or “Life With a Promise”.
Pastor Bob Preached ands Lazaro interpreted.  The entire TEAM same for the congregation (Amazing Grace”.  It was a deeply spiritual experience for all.  Following a trio to Antigua a local band led us in worship. The lead singer did a great job singing in English, even though he is Guatemalan.  Tico preached following the music.  we love that man.
DAY 5: MONDAY
We got off to an early start today with worship at 6:30.  The Medical team had a very long drive to reach the location of their ministry site.  I am told they saw over 400 patients.  The building crew also had a good day.  Of the 15 houses we are to build 9 are ready for dedication and 4 more have been framed and had cement floor laid.  We are to have another early start tomorrow.
The number of houses build and patients seen is important.  So also is the spirit of Christian fellowship I am seeing at the Mission House and on the Ministry sites.  We are better Christ-followers because we together.  We are better together.  After we have depated from Guatemala
Blessings,
Pastor Bob

DAY 1: THURSDAY
Thank you SO  MUCH for all those who have been praying for this mission trip.  It has been quite a challenge getting started.  From the 5 locations of departure, 3 hadto change flight plans due to weather conditions.  Upon arrival the Team, missing the Mississippi group ( 3) and the Missouri group (3) had a good time with supper and getting to know one another as the medication preparations were made.  The Miss group arrived about midnight.
DAY 2: FRIDAY
The Team is not complete, but God is in control.  Worship was led by Carla Mast.  We had a deeply spiritual experience.  Preaching the Word was by Pastor Bob.  Nuff said.  The Medical team treated nearly 250 or so patients while the construction team had 5 houses in some phase of building by the end of the day.  After supper the Team sorted clothes to be distributed.  The Missouri group arrived lateFriday night.  The Team is now complete.  God is Good.
DAY 3: SATURDAY
What a great day of ministry. We had a shortened day on the field, nevertheless the medical was very busy as they saw more than
100 patients more than the day before.  The building team completed the day with a total of 9 houses ready for doors and windows.  We packed up early and headed to a church where 100 families were waiting in line to received food and clothes.  What a blessing to interact with these folks as we distributed to them.  Following supper the Team had a good evening of getting to know one another (fellowship)
DAY 4: SUNDAY
It is early Sunday morning as I write this, but here are the plans for today.  We will go to a church about 15 minutes from the mission house for worship.  Pastor Bob will preach with Lazaro interpreting.  The team will sing a special – they do even know that yet.  After worship we will go to Antigua for a time of shopping and sight-seeing.  When we return home we will have worship with a local Guatemalan band and preaching by Tico.
KEEP PRAYING.
