Good morning,
I am very grateful for all those that attended, cooked, and served in any capacity at the Valentine’s Dinner and Show this past Friday. We had 82 guests come and dine and 22 serving and/or cooking. We pitched a 2-part fundraiser and i’ll speak more on that below. High intensity evening for our servers, but they did amazing considering, for some, it was their first time waiting on a table.
Next up for us is our D-NOW Weekend.
– Dates are Friday, March 18 – Sunday, March 20.
– Cost is $30.
– Bro. Jonny Gaston and Bro. Ralph Rimmer will be our special speakers for the weekend.

Saturday afternoon was nice as I had the opportunity to take the assistant coaches Dylan Westbrook and Zach Huhn, and some of the players of the RA Older Basketball program to the South Alabama basketball game. We rented a suite and ate plenty of hot dogs. It was a nice time.
The CAB will be closed for use from February 28 – March 5 for the Annual GRACE Yard Sale led by Bro. Jerry. We will have a joint service in the youth building on March 2nd at 6:30pm with some refreshments and snacks for the students.
Lastly, there is a new place in Mobile called “Get Air”. It is a trampoline park on Schillinger Road. We will plan to go there as a group some time in the near future so be looking out for those plans.

This is a great weekend for students to come together and really get connected with the Lord and other students. Jonny Gaston and Ralph Rimmer will be our speakers for the weekend and students will be staying at church members homes with a leader that will spend time in Bible study, build a core relationship, and help bring them closer to Christ.

Foundation 2-Part Fundraiser
This is a fundraiser that actually deals with both a Foundation and The Foundation. As you know, the CAB floor is in dire need of a renovation. Secondly, we are in need of transportation to youth camp (costs of it anyways). In the foyer there are envelopes numbered $1-$150.
In total, if all of those envelopes are taken and submitted with the amount on the envelope we will raise $11,325. From preliminary estimates that should be enough to pay for the resurfacing and lining of the CAB floor as well as rent the students a charter bus to Toccoa, GA.
If you would like to give please pray about the amount, grab an envelope from the foyer, and place it in the offering plate or the church office.
