DAY 7: WEDNESDAY

The Mission team wrapped up our work today.  It began with worship.  No matter what people say, Teddie really can preach the Word.  Kalyn Trentham blessed us with special music.  Then the excitement began as I learned that the highway to the village had been closed.  It is really the ONLY way there, but Tico and John King found a way.  We traveled up over the mountain.  WHAT A RIDE.  It was very scenic.  We arrived at the Village 2 hours later than we had planned.  BE FLEXABLE.  All 15 houses were dedicated in a very moving experience.  The Medical Team also saw patients at the same site.  We closed down operations at 4:30 and enjoyed a meal on the way home.  The team then worshiped Jesus in a communion ceremony and shared testimonies.  We will get a few hours sleep (about 3) then head to the airport.  Please be in prayer as the Grand Rapids and St. Louis flights are flying in to some white stuff.  Thanks for reading this.  Thanks for praying.  I hope to report a final post when all are home safe.

Blessings,
Pastor Bob
