SATURDAY, 2/17

Good morning.  Jamison Bryant entered this world yesterday morning just before 9:00AM weighing 8 lbs 13 oz and measuring 21″ long.  Kyle, Sueanna, & Jamison are all doing fine!

Jerry Whitmore did suffer a stroke that has adversely affected the right and left sides of his body.  He may be released from the hospital this weekend.

Ken Ford’s condition remains basically unchanged.  Please continue to pray for him.

Juluis Davis and Jessica Rush will be united in marriage this afternoon at 2:00PM in the church auditorium.

The Faith Academy girls and the Cottage Hill boys basketball teams will play in Montgomery today at 4:00PM & 6:00PM respectively for the AISA 3A state titles.  Our own Brianne Woods plays for Faith and John Vickers plays for Cottage Hill.  Nate Blaylock is the assistant coach for Cottage Hill.  Best wishes to both teams.

We have a number of folks out of town because of the public school holidays but we will have our regular services/activities tomorrow.  We will observe the ordinance of baptism as a part of our evening worship service.

Join us in Bible study and worship tomorrow!

THE LATEST ADDITION

Welcome to the newest feature of our website – the potential for a daily/regular update from Pastor Teddie.

Today’s news includes Ken Ford continuing to be in the hospital with no major change in his condition.  Also, Jerry Whitmore was admitted to the hospital last night having potentially suffered a light stroke.

Tomorrow morning, 2/16, Sueanna Bryant is scheduled to give birth to a son.  Pray for a safe delivery of Jamison Everett Bryant via a c-section as well as for Sueanna & Kyle.

Until tomorrow,

Pastor Teddie
