Happy 23rd birthday to our daughter, Henni! Hope her day is great! (Really hope that Alan goes ahead and marries her today!)
This very late entry is coming from El Tejar, Guatemala. Lisa and I arrived safely at 1:00PM. Here is the amazing thing – at 1:20PM we had cleared customs, gotten our checked luggage and were on the outside of the airport – twenty minutes! Absolute best time ever for me with checked luggage. Wow!
Miss Jackie Goff is having a procedure done today.
Teresa Hanson was discharged from the hospital yesterday.
As far as I know, Vera Bosarge’s sister remains hospitalized.
Robert & Shirley Patrick are both facing physical difficulties.
Regular schedule this morning and evening. Bro. Jerry will handle the preaching responsibilities in the 10:00AM and 6:30PM services. I pray the Friendship family will be faithful in their attendance.

Five years ago last week, Aaron was diagnosed with cancer. He was 15 years old. Tomorrow he goes for a cancer scan…. results will be sometime next week. He has this scan and one more in 6 months. If all goes well, although they will continue to check him every 6 months, he will be considered “cured”. He has been in full remission for 4 1/2 years. We are so thankful for the healing! However, I will never stop praying for those that have lost someone to cancer…. or is going through a cancer journey right now. Please add Aaron to your prayer list in the morning. We are praying for a clear scan and a FANTASTIC blood report. Thanks!! Glenda Chinners
