TUESDAY, 6/2/15

Today’s Bible reading – 2 Samuel 19:11-20:13 John 21:1-25 Psalm 120:1-7 Proverbs 16:16-17

Louis Reyer was admitted to the hospital yesterday.  His blood count was low among other problems.  I will visit with him this morning.

Bill Teasley was better yesterday morning and then had a little set back.  However, he is very positive as he moves forward in this battle.

I was told that Roseanne Baria was in the hospital but the hospital declared that she was not a patient.  Carol, will you let me know what is happening with Roseanne?  Thanks!

Carl Ray & Sara Nell have been seeing doctors regularly and will be seeing another one today.

Sierra Edwards told me yesterday afternoon that Eddie Whitmore had not had a good day.

Eula Mae told me on Sunday that her sister, Juanita, was doing really good in her treatments.

The Danville Baptist team went to the Light of the Village in Prichard yesterday to work.  Pastor Joe David told me they had a good day. They are going to the Alabama Baptist Children’s Home this morning and then doing some yard work in the afternoon.

Chris Cavin was working on the new playground yesterday afternoon.  The young man knows what he is doing!

Prayer meeting tonight from 5:00 – 7:00PM.

Guys, please note that there will be NO TNBA tonight due to DBC being in the CAB.

Picked okra, squash, cucumbers and peas yesterday afternoon.  Lisa fried some okra for supper – just does not get any better – or does it?  One of the hens died yesterday afternoon.  You add fried chicken to the meal and yum yum!

I pray that you will have a great Tuesday with Jesus.

    Brothers and Sisters,

    980 days of torment.
That’s how long American Pastor Saeed Abedini has languished in prison for his Christian faith.
He is forced to spend his days scrubbing the walls of an unsanitary prison bathroom.
Pastor Saeed is one of four Americans held hostage by the radical Iranian regime.
It is time for the U.S. government to secure the immediate release of Pastor Saeed, Jason Rezaian, Amir Hekmati, and Robert Levinson – all U.S. citizens wrongfully held in Iran.
Bring the Americans home. That’s the message Pastor Saeed’s wife is taking to Congress tomorrow.
The deadline for nuclear negotiations is quickly approaching.
Congress now has a voice in any final deal. Demand they be Pastor Saeed’s voice for freedom.
Go with Pastor Saeed’s wife to Congress by signing our new petition. Demand action to free the American hostages before it’s too late.
Sign Our NEW Petition: Bring Saeed and Other Americans Home.
Go to aclj.org to sign. Blessings.
