THURSDAY, JUNE 21

The Lord blessed as we had an awesome service last night as we observed the Lord’s Supper.  I have never been to a camp where that has been done and it was a real time of worship.  We saw Ashley Crawley and Robbie Rolls accept Jesus as their personal Savior – hallelujah!  Also, Katelyn Jackson stepped up to be a leader within the student ministry.

Our group time with Ken Freeman was good too.  He really drove home the need for leaders within the group even though he and I haven’t discussed it at all.  Pray that tomorrow morning and evening will be absolutely great services!

As far as I know, Sambo Bowden is having surgery today.  Pray for the surgeon and all involved in this surgery.  Pray for Sambo as he undergoes the surgery and the recovery.  I really don’t have any new information on anyone else.

If I am reading the blog entries and e-mails correctly, the team in Guatemala has completely finished seven houses, need to pour concrete in five more, and need to build three others bringing their total to fifteen for the trip.  That is great!  Please keep praying for them.

I hope you have a great day in the Lord!
