WEDNESDAY, 4/24/13

Sara Ladnier’s surgery was a success per the surgeon.  It was about a five hour surgery.  I do not know if I have ever seen parents be as calm and collected as Joe & Kathy were while they patiently waited.  They may have been impatient on the inside but they were cool customers externally.  I had to leave about an hour before the surgery ended and, as the Lord would have it, Sara Nell Moulds showed up and was with Joe & Kathy for the duration of the surgery.  God is good!

Talked to Liz Cole about Tanya yesterday afternoon.  No real change.  The doctors have told them to go about their lives as this could be a lengthy process.  Just keep praying.

We are on a regular schedule today/tonight.  The only change is that our students (middle/high) will all meet together.  I think Bro. Chris is going to swallow a goldfish or something like that!

The service at 1st Moss Point begins at 6:30PM tomorrow night.  The preaching will not be much but the special music (Bob & Chris) should be awesome!

The service at the Mission of Hope this Friday night, 4/26, will be hosted by the Friendship family.  It begins at 7:00PM and you are invited to attend.

Spent an hour or so in Dr. Court Farni’s chair yesterday.  (As I figured, Dr. Court was hard at work while Dr. Shonn was off playing with Mickey & Minnie).  Folks, Dr. Court and his assistant could not have been any nicer, and/or, better to me.  That was my first time to be in their office.  I can now highly recommend them.  The best part is that they spread my charges out among their other patients from the Friendship family!

I pray that you will have a good Wednesday with Jesus.
