Friendship family, regular schedule on our campus today – morning and evening. Give priority to attending the services. Also, Bro. Abel listed a number of upcoming events in his letter sent out Monday. Pray for these events and attend all that pertain to you and your family.
Bro. Abel also gave an update on Eddie Brinkman. He is making progress but has a pretty long road ahead of him as far as his recovery is concerned. Keep praying for Eddie & Lisa.
My sweet cousin, Rachel Crouch, met with a doctor this past Monday and will see an oncologist this coming Monday, 11/9. Thank you for praying. Lisa and I had the privilege of visiting with Rachel, Pastor Roy (who is not related to me at all!) and my second cousin, Lydia, yesterday. A sweet time of fellowship!
I am thankful for the opportunity to vote as an American citizen. However, I am so glad this cycle is now behind us. Honestly, I have never been more concerned over the direction of our country than I am right now. We need to pray for our country!
Pray for Bro. Abel, Jason & Brad as they lead us as a church family during these days. Pray for those involved in the process of finding the next pastor for the Friendship family.
