TUESDAY, 6/21/11

I know that many of your are already aware of the fact that Louise Morris had a stroke yesterday.  It is my understanding that it will be today noon before the doctors will fully know the effects.  Pray for Louise and her family.

Adam Cordelle is also in the hospital but I am told that he is doing better.  Pray for him.

Our GROW visitation takes place tonight beginning at 6:30PM.

The Friendship family has the unique opportunity to host the men from the Mission of Hope this Friday night.  The service will begin at 7:00PM with a time of fellowship in the CAB immediately following.  For more info, contact the church office or call Kenny Lingle.

This Sunday, 6/26, is the final opportunity for members of the Friendship family to nominate men to serve as deacons.  Those nominations must be in writing and given to Sonny Bates or the pastor.

I pray that you will have a great Tuesday with Jesus.

Hey Bro. Teddy, Bernard and Leasa are in Jackson, Ms at the Medical Center ER. Leasa had awound on her back fromthe wreck and last week it began to change and has totally opened and is looking very bad. I took her to the ER at Providence last Tuesday night and they put her on anitbiotics, but that hasn’t helped at all, she is running a fever of 102.0 and has had nausea and vomiting. They waited in the ER for 11 hours before they were put in a room. Now they say they are thinking this fever is from something else and they are doing a CT of her head. The wound will require surgery and they are calling in a plastic surgeon to look at it. I will post more later. I know I don’t have to ask you to pray, thanks….
