THURSDAY, 12/15/11
Good morning from Shreveport, Louisiana! Soy & I (with the emphasis on “I”) have driven through the night having now stopped (5:00AM) to catch a couple of hours of sleep and get a shower.
I failed to mention in last night’s post that Conner Ferguson got some really good news from the doctor in Jackson, MS yesterday morning. The doctor was very optimistic about Conner’s situation. That is great!
Austin Jackson sent a text to Soy last night saying that the visitation and funeral service for Mr. Andrew Jackson will take place on Saturday. The times will be finalized today. Keep praying for the Jackson family.
Soy & I will leave here in a couple of hours to continue our journey to Idabel, OK. (Never heard of it? It is basically where God stopped when He was creating the world! LOL!) Pray for the service today at noon.

you are right about Idabel and God…you are in the area of some of the best Pentecostal/Holiness campmeetings. Fouke, Texarkana, DeKalb and Idabel is home to these yearly meetings. God did stop and decided to stay in Idabel…enjoy your visit…ps…keep an eye on Soy some of these church people may handle snakes…LOL!!!!
